A must-see exhibit for LEGO® lovers of all ages is opening at HOTA this weekend.

Bricktionary: The Interactive LEGO® brick Exhibition features over 150 incredible LEGO® creations made from more than 1 million LEGO® bricks, including some that have never been seen before.

Created by Ryan ‘The Brickman’ McNaught, the brand-new exhibition is based on his latest book, The Bricktionary: The Ultimate A-Z of LEGO®.

“The book is filled with lots of tricks and tips and cool things for kids and adults to learn. All of the things that we used in the book, we’ve put together here on show, as well as some of the really big, crazy things, like the rocketship,” he told myGC.

Mr McNaught said in addition to the models, Gold Coasters will be able to enjoy 6 interactive build zones and challenges.

“The main thing is for people to come along and learn all those little insider tips and tricks,” he told myGC.

“One of my favourite things is E for Earthquake. We’ve got a table which shakes on the Richter scale. You get to build creations and then put them to the forces of nature and see if that they survive.

“I can’t wait to see what Queenslanders create!”

Bricktionary: The Interactive LEGO® brick Exhibition is on at HOTA from April 9 to August 7 2022. Tickets to the exhibition are on sale now and start from $16.
